Enhanced Learning Credits - Whilst in service you must complete a PDP in support of the application. ELC's are available for up to 10 years after leaving service. If registered you are entitled to 3 claims in total, but only one claim can be submitted every financial year. Please follow this link for full instructions on use of ELC's.
Standard Learning Credit (SLC) - Available every year whilst in service between April and March*
Standard Learning Credit claim form - Once you have completed your course return this form with supporting documentation to your Education and Resettlement Co-Ordinator for payment.

Application to attend a course or work attachment placement ( MOD form 1746) -Form of Agreement for Civilian Work Attachment or External Training for a Member of the Armed Forces.
Attendance at CWA/CTA Confirmation and Claim Form - (MOD form 1748) This form is to be used on completion of a Civilian Work Attachment or undertaking External Training in order to claim refund of fees under the IRTC Scheme.
The Free Degree Scheme -The service personnel command paper commits to providing service leavers with access to a first full Level 3 qualification (equivalent to two GCE A Levels or Vocational equivalent), or a first higher education qualification (a foundation degree or national equivalent) free from tuition fees. Also known as the PF FE/HE scheme.
